1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Express orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day.

  • Delays may occur during sales or peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).

We ship to 100+ countries via DHL/FedEx.

  • Delivery Time: 5-15 business days (varies by destination).

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment.

  • Signature required for orders over $200.

  • Missed deliveries? Contact carriers directly with your tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (except USPS Standard)

  • Freight forwarders

  • Embargoed countries (check list at checkout)

6. Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Report within 7 days of delivery to help@yoyofashion.shop.

  • Provide:

    ✅ Photos of damaged item + packaging
    ✅ Tracking number

7. Returns Shipping

  • US returns: Pre-paid label available ($6.99 deducted from refund).

  • International returns: Customer covers return shipping.
